Credit goes to the groundstaff of Cradley for even keeping this fixture on after the torrential rain of Thursday and Friday.

The game started pretty even with most of the play coming in the midfield area, with Josh Davies and Ben Finch working hard with some good tackling and forward passing.

Cradley worked a few good scoring chances, notably from Josh Davies and Taine Lochhead but were unlucky on both occasions with the Leigh & Bransford keeper seemingly taking up all of the goal.

Midway through the first half, following a Leigh & Bransford corner, a lapse in concentration from Cradley's defence allowed the opposition to pounce and score to make it one nil at half time.

Cradley started the second half strongly and through some good team play had chances on goal through Taine Lochhead, Thomas Fairclough and Josh Davies, but the opposing goalkeeper was having a very good game and kept everything out.

Unfortunately for Cradley, Leigh & Bransford started to dominate and ended the game strongly scoring 4 more goals in quick succession to make the final score a flattering five nil.

Josh & Ben - Battled hard in midfield
Kurt - played well in defence
