Both teams started lively
with some good attacking play, however it was Cradley who looked
the liveliest with a good chance by Josh Davies and Thomas Fairclough
both being well saved.
Cradley continued their efforts
and were rewarded when following some good individual play Ben
Finch put a cracking ball through for Josh Davies who finished
well.
Despite further chances at
either end the first half finished one nil to Cradley.
The second half saw some
changes to Cradleys line up and formation which provided some
entertaining play, Ben Finchs long range shot just skimmed the
cross bar and Taine Lochhead was unlucky with an effort well saved
by Malverns keeper.
Cradley continued to press
and Josh Davies made it two following another good ball in by
Ben Finch.
Cradleys further chances
were dealt with by a good defensive performance by Malvern and
some fine saves by their keeper to prevent the scoreline increasing.
