In an entertaining game,
Cradley got the game off to a cracking start with some excellent
attacking play which saw Josh Davies take on Malverns defence
before firing home a terrific shot.
Cradley continued to attack
before Ben Finch had a long shot which although the keeper got
a hand to proved unstoppable making it two.
Taine Lochhead and Max Middlebrook
were productive in midfield to put Josh Davies through to score
number three. Malvern had some good chances which were dealt with
by Cradleys solid defence and some good saves by Thomas Fairclough.
The start of the second half
saw Josh Davies taking on the defence and completing his hat trick
with a cracking finish to make it four.
Credit goes to Malvern Town
who continued to battle and following some good play scored two
in quick succession and then following a Cradley error were allowed
to score number three which made an interesting and tense final
few minutes. Cradley however held on for the win they deserved.
