On a poor pitch, a strong Evesham side started lively and had a few chances which were well saved by Piers Kirk-Patrick Jones, Cradleys midfield battled well to try and release Thomas up front but Eveshams defence proved solid.

Evesham continued to push forwarded and were rewarded when following a good effort saved by Piers the follow up shot ended up in the back of the net. In the second half Evesham carried on much the same with numerous chances saved well by Piers, until after some good play scored number two.

Despite the scoreline Cradley battled well particularly Josh Davies in midfield who released Ben Finch for a one on one, Eveshams goalkeeper reacted fast to prevent the shot. Cradley still pushed forward and were unfortunate not to score with an effort from Josh Davies.
