HALF TIME: Cradley Sports 0 - 1 Warndon Village Hawks
FULL TIME: Cradley Sports 3 - 1 Warndon Village Hawks
Max - great game in defence
Ben - scored directly from a corner!

The game started fairly equal with both sides creating some good attacking play and coming close on occasions which were well saved by both goalkeepers.

However it was Warndon who were first to score with a good finish and could of made it two with only the keeper to beat but Max Middlebrook pulled off a cracking well timed tackle to prevent the chance.

Cradleys defence proved solid to prevent conceding further and came close with a few chances however the first half ended with them one nil down.

The second half saw Cradley attack the game and when they were awarded a corner made it count by some quick thinking by Josh Davies following a poor clearance Josh struck the ball well to make it one all.

This lifted Cradley who then followed up by a good in swinging corner by Ben Finch which proved unstoppable. Cradley then secured the win by a powerful free kick again by Ben Finch.

Cradley could have increased the lead further with a good effort by Piers Kirk-Patrick Jones which hit the bar. A battling performance by Cradley deserved the win.

Josh - quick thinking for the equaliser
Piers - hit the bar
